Our natural Proccess are cupping +86 to +87 points in SCAA scale.

You can find flavors like red fruits, peach, cocoa and sweet.

Red Honey

Coffee dried in the sun with the coffee honey, until a red hue is obtained on the outside

Yellow Honey

Coffee dried in the sun with the coffee honey, until a yellow hue is obtained on the outside

Anaerobic

Coffee process with oxygen reduction, Anaerobic process is one of our favorite ones, with a bunch of flavors like red fruits, wine, apple, cherrys, chocolate,and sweet makes this coffee points from 88 to +89 in the SCAA  scale 

Washed

The washed process is the most traditional in Costa Rica, the coffee beans are washed to remove the pulp

Semi-Washed

Black Honey

Sun-dried coffee with pulp, higher temperature is provided in the drying process
